SitePulse

Terms of Service

Last updated April 26, 2026.

The deal

SitePulse is a service that periodically probes URLs you submit and emails you when they fail. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Only monitor URLs you own, operate, or have explicit permission to monitor.
  • Don't use SitePulse to launch denial-of-service attacks, scan ports, or harass third parties.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Plans and billing

Free is free, forever, within the published limits. Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe until you cancel from Billing. When you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the current billing cycle, then drop to Free. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us if something went wrong.

Service availability

SitePulse is provided as-is. We do our best to keep probes running and alerts firing, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime of our own service. Critical infrastructure should always have a secondary monitoring layer.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not responsible for revenue you lost to an outage we missed, or for any indirect damages. Use the service accordingly.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll email account holders before they take effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
